Description
Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing: Review and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and address vendor inquiries.
Expense Reporting: Verify and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
Month-End Close: Assist with month-end close procedures, reconciliations, and reporting as required.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
