Our client, a Real Estate Management firm is seeking to hire a Property Accountant to their team. The Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing annual budgets, assist with annual property audits, and analyze project cash flow. Reporting to the VP of Asset Management, the Property Accountant will work with the financial, construction, and property management teams to oversee the development of projects. In addition, the Property Accountant will prepare and review reporting documents for investors and government agencies as well as explore cost savings initiatives. This position offers WFH options, requiring 3 days a week in the office, and generous benefits. Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum 2 year of accounting experience
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
