A highly successful Marketing company is currently seeking an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to add to their amazing team! This is a great opportunity to make an impact at an exciting and dynamic company.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
Delivering financial packages on a monthly and quarterly basis
Identifying and tracking KPIs
Utilizing financial modeling to support budgeting and financial planning
Collaborating with accounting and operational teams to analyze historical performance
Analyzing financial information to provide recommendations for improvements
Performing ad hoc duties as needed
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years of experience. High proficiency in MS Excel and advanced modeling skills are required. This position will go to a strong communicator, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
