Description
Our client is a preeminent AV rated firm. They are seeking an experienced attorney for their NY office with insurance coverage and litigation experience to join our insurance coverage practice group. Academically distinguished applicants who have strong writing and analytical skills and deposition, discovery and motion practice experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court insurance coverage practice. Must be admitted to practice in New York (New Jersey admission a plus) and capable of working independently.

Admission to practice in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus but not required)
5+ years of insurance coverage and litigation experience required
Strong writing and analytical skills
Experience with deposition, discovery and motion practice experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court insurance coverage practice
Skills and Abilities Required
Strong legal research, writing and verbal communication skills;
Ability to interact with clients and command client confidence;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects;
Excellent organizational and time management skills; and
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
