Description
Our client, a premier law firm specializing in complex insurance law and litigation, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join its Litigation Practice Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of insurance policies to assess coverage issues and evaluate potential risks.
Prepare comprehensive coverage opinions, providing clear and well-reasoned interpretations of insurance policies for clients.
Offer strategic coverage recommendations tailored to specific cases and client needs.
Draft detailed reservation of rights letters, disclaimers, and other legal documents to communicate coverage positions and protect client interests.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in litigation matters related to insurance disputes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments in insurance law and provide advice accordingly.
Requirements
Requirements:
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York.
A minimum of three years of experience in insurance policy analysis, coverage opinions, and drafting legal documents related to coverage matters.
Strong understanding of insurance law and litigation practices.
