Robert Half Client Service Associate in NEW YORK, New York

Description

Robert Half Financial Services are currently recruiting for a Client Service Associate role within a national Private Wealth Management firm based in midtown Manhattan New York. Our client requires the Series 7 and 63/65/66 FINRA Licenses, and 2+ years’ experience in Client Services or Operations at a Wealth Manager or Private Bank. The role is initially hybrid remote but will eventually be back in the office at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client interaction, participate in client meetings, manage communication through telephone and email, prepare presentations for clients, process transactions and provide product and marketing support.

  • Place equity, mutual fund and fixed income trades for brokerage clients; as necessary, utilize custodial websites, CRM client database and APX portfolio management system.

  • Act as the liaison between the investment professional, client and the middle office functions, such as client services, trading, portfolio management, billing and fee support, performance and trust.

  • Research and respond to inquiries for our high net worth clients; escalate issues as appropriate.

  • Handle administrative tasks, assist with phone calls to prospects and clients, manage meeting logistics, submit business expense requests, schedule appointments and distribute mail.

  • Assist with completion and transmission of transaction documents and communicate with operations/billing/internal departments and other custodians regarding transaction-processing follow-up.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Client Services or Operations at a Wealth Manager or Private Bank

  • Series 7 and 63/65/66 FINRA Licenses

  • Knowledge of Bloomberg, APX or custody system a plus

  • Bachelors degree

This Client Service Associate role is located in midtown Manhattan New York so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States.
