Description We are offering an exciting role for a Cloud Engineer in New York, New York, 10017, United States. This role combines the responsibilities of a Systems Administrator and a Cloud Architect, with a primary focus on the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure, heavily emphasizing cloud services and architecture.
Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic capacity planning, network and system design, cloud services, datacenter integration, and project management.
• Design, deploy, and support SaaS and IaaS solutions on public and private cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Manage system integration and migration projects, with a particular focus on Active Directory and M365 systems.
• Build, manage, and support system services including Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teams Calling, MDM, VMWare, Azure-hosted resources, and other industry-standard tools.
• Implement and maintain endpoint device, software, and user configurations via Group Policy and third-party tools.
• Design and execute the integration of cloud infrastructure, virtual footprint, and user identities into the acquiring company's tenant.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the integration of cloud identities and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and ensure that the integrated cloud systems meet the organization's overall IT architecture and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
• Develop and execute the company's Cloud strategy and lead migration efforts.
• Allocate resources efficiently and ensure sustained operations.

• Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) is a must
• Must possess exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record in managing and deploying enterprise solutions in AWS
• Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance requirements
