Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in New York, New York
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry in NEW YORK, New York. This role primarily involves providing essential support to our team and clients by handling and resolving technical issues related to our desktop environment.
Responsibilities:
• Serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues across a range of technologies, including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies.
• Providing hands-on desktop support for users, including system setups, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for hardware and software issues.
• Utilizing Active Directory for user account management and access control.
• Overseeing the maintenance of computer hardware across the organization to ensure optimal performance.
• Leveraging Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
• Coordinating with other team members and departments to resolve complex client-related issues.
• Ensuring all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Regularly updating and maintaining accurate customer credit records.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in the use of Active Directory is required.
• Solid understanding and ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and apply new knowledge to the job.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
