Description We are searching for a meticulous Credit Clerk in the Financial Services industry, located in New York, New York, 10007-2277, United States. This role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. The successful candidate will work on a temporary basis and will be a crucial member of our Purchase & Sales Specialist team.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit
• Handle and resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly
• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary
• Work extensively on Revenue Cloud Salesforce CPQ Salesforce Billing
• Utilize configurable features including Product Bundles, Product Rules, Price Rules, Multi-dimensional Quoting, Contracted Pricing, Advanced Approvals, Quote Templates
• Apply appropriate pricing methods such as Discount Schedules, Block Prices, Contracted Prices, subscription pricing, percent-of-total
• Use Salesforce CPQ Plugins and Salesforce CPQ APIs
• Understand and work with Salesforce Billing Features such as Billing Rules, Tax Rules, Invoicing Rules, Revenue Recognition rules
• Integrate with ERP systems when necessary
• Have hands-on experience with REST APIs
• Use Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Component, Lightning App builder, and Flows
• Use skills in Invoice, Pricing, Billing, Revenue Accounting, Cloud Technologies, Integration, Tax, Web App, REST API, ERP Solutions, Templates, API Development, Quote, Quoting, Interaction Flows, Revenue Recognition, Apex, Plugins, Dimensional, Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce CPQ, Lightning App Builder. Requirements • Proficiency in Invoice, Pricing, Billing, Revenue Accounting, and Tax
• Experience with Cloud Technologies, Integration, Web App, REST API, and ERP Solutions
• Ability to work with Templates, API Development, Quote, and Quoting
• Knowledge of Intraction Flows, Revenue Recognition, Apex, Plugins, and Dimensional
• Experience with Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce CPQ, and Lightning App Builder
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry
• Ability to perform Purchase & Sales Specialist duties effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
