Requirements: TCG is looking for a talented, motivated and passionate full-time, highly experienced digital designer to lead the creation of engaging digital experiences for our clients, primarily in the luxury and beauty categories. Projects will include e-commerce and branding websites, digital campaigns, iOS apps, social media and more! Other requirements include: ? A highly-refined aesthetic, with a strong layout, typography and art direction skills, demonstrated by a robust portfolio of work for beauty and/or luxury brands ? A passion for digital media and technology innovation with a desire to know what?s new and next ? Strategic thinker, able to understand client objectives, and develop sophisticated design approaches to achieve desired outcomes ? Highly proficient with the entire Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Invision (or similar); strong knowledge of digital standards and social media; familiarity with HTML/CSS, common CMS platforms and ESPs preferred ? Proven leadership skills, with experience coaching direct reports and project team members, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines ?
