Robert Half International Director, Corporate Strategy and M&A in New York, New York
A well-established Education Technology company is currently seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy and M& A to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new position and partner with various leaders to help shape the company’s future.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
Researching new market opportunities and generating assessments of benefits/risks
Identifying potential partnerships and assisting with development of partnership structures
Collaborating with CEO & COO on strategic presentations
Utilizing data to support assessment of progress and highlighting risk areas
Evaluating acquisition opportunities
Supporting CFO with fundraising activities
Managing ad hoc projects as necessary
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of experience, preferably with a foundation in Investment Banking or Private Equity. MBA highly preferred. This position will be filled by a hands-on leader, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, while partnering with C-level executives to successfully manage a wide range of responsibilities.
