Requirements: TCG is looking for a results-driven, creative, and intuitive Director of Integrated Marketing for a progressive brand agency. The ideal candidate has a passion for partnerships (fashion, lifestyle, and beauty a plus!), and has experience developing holistic, out-of-the-box marketing strategies for modern luxury, disruptive, or uber-posh brands. Duties include: Develop a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy based on customer insights, business trends, and company priorities Develop and manage omni-channel promotional calendar with input from key functional stakeholders Create holistic 360? marketing campaign across key channels (radio, ROP, OOH, etc); analyze/help to manage digital paid marketing channels Provide input to email marketing roadmap and review all email comps from omni perspective Manage local and international marketing efforts, including collaboration with major brand partners Develop and execute activations and experiential campaigns Manage a team of collaborators and support functions Implement digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. Implement the marketing and promotional activity for the company including events, digital marketing, advertising, PR, sponsorship, etc. Design, implement and write direct email marketing campaigns including company newsletters and updates. Requirements: ? Minimum 8+ years? experience overall with key focus on a marketing communications/marketing strategy/channel strategy role ? Background in working with digital marketing channels (paid, social, email, etc) and/or at an e-commerce company ? Previous direct management of some marketing channels ? 3-5 years? experience in managing people ? A natural problem solver with a can-do, positive attitude ? Experience with email best practices, technologies and recent innovation preferred ? Experience in PR preferred ? Experience in local/field marketing preferred ? Experience in social media a strong plus ?
