Press

● Respond to or direct to others for response and manage all internal & external day-to-day marketing communications

● Manage and maintain a comprehensive Press list (using a PR database if necessary) updated quarterly.

● Maintain file/archive of press clippings, Report media findings to partners and staff, get press updated with the company name and reference and links when required, Review annually with marketing team, Manage a Media Plan/Media Report and press clippings archive with review annually.

● Communicate with the PR agent weekly if so engaged.

Promotions

● Participate in strategic planning with the partners annually or as necessary..

● Obtain participation in prominent industry speaking engagements, panel discussions, competitions, etc quarterly.

● Assist in creating the Social Media strategy and assuring its implementation and associated calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn) on a weekly basis.

● Suggest and Manage promotional e-mailings as necessary.

● Manage the development and maintenance of all marketing materials (Qual packs, product pitch decks, brochures, etc.) according to INC’s best practices. Schedule and manage an annual audit.

● Organize regular Programming events to draw new groups and prospective partners into the studio.

● Update or manage updates to the website and other firm pages as appropriate, reviewing at least monthly.

● Manage the rights agreements between photographers and maintain a list of photographers, and videographers.

● Manage the social media platforms in collaboration with the partners. Post weekly.

● Schedule and run the weekly marketing meeting.

Business Development

● Manage and maintain a comprehensive list of prospective clients and opportunities, researching the field and suggesting appropriate additions.

● Attend relevant industry events and conferences networking on behalf of the firm.

● Remain aware and knowledgeable of ongoing work and key decision-makers within the typologies of greatest interest to the firm coordinating new avenues for development of these relationships. Report in weekly marketing meeting with suggestions on how to pursue.

● Coordinate the creation and delivery of all RFPs, RFQs, RFEIs and presentations for the firm and assure timeliness deliveries.

● Manage the go-no-go process on behalf of the partners and associates weekly.

● Participate in Business development meetings with prospective clients as needed.

Administration

● Maintain an annual Marketing and PR Budget in collaboration with the accounting team annually.

● Manage a comprehensive calendar of events and engage the partners in the engagement in events. monthly

● Provide quarterly reports on important benchmarks and annual reports in Q1 of previous years on benchmarks both internally and in relation to the industry with respect to the Marketing Plan.

● Manage updates to a custom CRM system (IO) and utilize it accordingly in order to further the interests of the firm
