Description We are seeking a Director to join our team in New York, New York, 10065-8124, United States. In this role, you will be leveraging your knowledge of enterprise-grade business systems and cloud-based solutions to lead our team in optimizing and replacing legacy systems. You will also play a pivotal role in managing budgets, allocating resources, and overseeing our digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage knowledge of enterprise-grade business systems and cloud-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead the charge in replacing legacy systems with more efficient cloud-based solutions and ensure their continual optimization
• Foster excellent communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools to manage various projects effectively
• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection considerations are met at all stages of operation
• Evaluate and implement third-party software solutions to enhance business operations
• Develop strategic solutions for complex problems, leveraging data-driven decisions and persuasive abilities
• Stay up-to-date with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and digital transformation trends to keep our operations relevant and efficient
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to align with emerging priorities
• Maintain relevant system/application certifications to ensure competence and compliance. Requirements • Applicants must hold a position of Director or similar senior level role
• Demonstrated experience in Data Transformation is essential
• Proven proficiency in Change Management is required
• Must have working knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Must have strategic planning and business development skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must have a high level of integrity and dependability
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills are required
• Must have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Proven ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
