Robert Half ERP Integration Manager in New York, New York

Description We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to join our detail oriented services team in New York. This role involves managing full life-cycle implementations of Workday HCM and Payroll systems, acting as a solution architect and workstream lead. You will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations with other systems and managing various team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full life-cycle implementation of Workday HCM and Payroll systems.

• Act as a solution architect and workstream lead for Workday HCM and Payroll.

• Design and implement integrations with other systems.

• Manage team members including Senior Managers and Consultants.

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all implementations.

• Resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.

• Continuously monitor and manage customer accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer credit applications.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Workday ERP and Workday Financial Management. Requirements • Proven experience in managing ERP integrations in a detail oriented services environment

• Extensive knowledge of Workday ERP, Workday Financial Management, and Workday HCM

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently

• Excellent problem-solving ability, with a focus on providing practical solutions

• Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Exceptional understanding of data management and integration principles

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• High-level analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments

• Knowledge of best practices in relation to ERP system management and integration

• Proven ability to train and mentor team members

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
