Robert Half Events Specialist in New York, New York

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Events Specialist to join our team in the professional services industry, located in New York, New York. In this role, you will primarily focus on producing and managing both virtual and in-person events, aimed at nurturing relationships and creating value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute account-based in-person and virtual events for business development purposes

• Conduct and host virtual client trainings and keep track of additional account-based marketing events across the U.S. markets

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan for our Canada market to generate actionable business development opportunities

• Provide marketing support for other U.S. regional marketing leads during their absence or for specific events requiring additional assistance

• Prepare content and present to various leadership groups for alignment regularly

• Identify new opportunities to deepen existing relationships with clients, particularly in your areas of influence

• Utilize technologies to track, manage, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

• Lead or support various other marketing initiatives to continue improving and innovating our overall marketing and communication program

• Negotiate with various venues, vendors, and organizations to manage the event budget effectively

• Collect data and feedback to report on the success of your initiatives and suggest improvements for future events

• Coordinate events from conception to completion, utilizing skills such as CRM, Project Management, Coordinating Events, Corporate Events, and B2B Marketing. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in coordinating corporate events

• Proficient in CRM software usage

• Proven project management skills

• Knowledge of B2B Marketing strategies

• Previous experience in the professional services industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively

• Ability to maintain professionalism and represent the company at all times

• Willingness to travel as required for event planning and execution
