Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant in New York, United States. This role involves supporting senior executives and investment bankers in the finance industry, with a strong focus on office management, organization, and communication tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detail oriented assistance to senior-level executives and investment bankers

• Ensure efficient and accurate word processing tasks

• Facilitate and coordinate meetings for executives

• Handle travel arrangements for executives ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences

• Use basic office skills to maintain an organized and efficient workspace

• Respond to inquiries and issues, providing timely and appropriate solutions

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, initiating necessary action when required. Requirements • Extensive experience of more than 6 years as an Executive Administrative Assistant

• Proficient in basic office skills including filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence

• Proven ability to manage complex administrative work with little supervision

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Experience in coordinating and managing executive calendars and travel arrangements

• Proven ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and management

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Track record of maintaining office systems and supervising staff

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

• Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

• Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
