Robert Half Executive Assistant in NEW YORK, New York


Global Alternative Investment Adviser in Midtown is currently seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join their Communications team. The successful candidate will support two executives with administrative support and project-based work including logistics of virtual and in-person events as well as work for website upkeep, media plans and lists, and other branding projects. This is an exciting opportunity and we are seeking a minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in an executive support role within the financial or business consultant industry with some marketing exposure. Previous experience with events and events registration and virtual event platforms, Cvent is desirable but not required. Familiarity with Salesforce, WordPress, PowerPoint design skills are highly desired. We are seeking candidates with strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a level of sophistication required when engaging directly with clients, stakeholders, and the media. Salary range is DOE with paid OT and bonus.   • Familiarity with Cvent desirable

  • Elevated social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Brand Marketing and events experience

  • Stellar Microsoft Office experience

  • Understanding of WordPress a plus

-Previous experience working in Financial Services
