Robert Half International Executive Assistant/Social Media in NEW YORK, New York

Description

International health-care non-profit with offices in Midtown is currently seeking a bright, energetic, and dynamic Executive Assistant/Social Media professional to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for support and assisting the Co-Founders and Executive Director in various administrative tasks relating to scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing materials and research. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Foundation’s social media platforms from top to bottom: content creation, branding, messaging, and overall strategy. You will also be responsible for managing the Foundation’s Website from top to bottom: updates, changes, new content and overall maintenance etc. We are seeking compassionate, mission-minded, creative and well-organized candidates to join the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ + experience post college in a similar role, experience working in a foundation/non-profit is ideal. WordPress familiarity, HTML basic coding understanding, CMS management proficiency and are strongly preferred. Salary range is 75-90K (will stretch if needed) plus excellent benefits and a collegial work environment are offered. Requirements - Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience

  • Social Media Campaigns experience

  • WordPress experience highly desired

  • Well-founded grasp of Administrative Assistance

  • Website Design experience required

  • Foundational knowledge in Basic HTML

  • Company Websites experience

  • Proven knowledge of meeting coordination and planning
