Description
Our client, a rapidly growing Technology Company is seeking a Global Controller to join their dynamic team. In this position, you will drive process improvement by understanding various accounting processes globally, while ensuring efficiency and usage of advanced tools where applicable. The Global Controller will review work performed by US and Europe managers, lead the global monthly close, and ensure the integrity of monthly consolidated financial statements. Additionally, you will also be responsible for managing, training, and hiring team members, providing oversight for various international, state, and local statutory/regulatory and tax filings. Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of previous experience in a controller role with a public company. Excellent proficiency in NetSuite required. Candidate should have a proactive, forward-thinking approach and excellent managerial skills. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is thrilled at the prospect of making a significant contribution within a supportive team.
