Description
Our client, a Non-Profit organization is seeking a Grants Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. The Grants Analyst will provide work within the Grants team for supporting all grant monitoring administration, compliance, grant accounting, and financial reports of awarded grants through their final closing. Experience working with International Grants such as USAID is preferred. A hybrid in-office schedule is preferred, however there is flexibility for remote-only work considerations depending on candidates location.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Prepare financial reports and invoices for grants and contracts to ensure timely and accurate submission to government funders and private foundations
· Ensure financial compliance with government and private foundation funding requirements
· Prepare journal entries and allocations as needed
· Respond to funder-related inquiries from key stakeholders at the organization and various agencies
· Assists in the preparation of funder audits
· Maintain accurate and updated financial records and files
