Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in New York, New York. In this role, you will be providing technical support, troubleshooting issues related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Mac Computers. This position is within the IT industry and will involve using skills such as JIRA, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Customer Portal, Google Cloud Platform, and EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
• Utilize JIRA to track, manage, and resolve support tickets.
• Handle customer inquiries related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Mac Computers.
• Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
• Manage the customer portal, promptly respond to queries, and escalate complex problems to the relevant IT staff.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Google Cloud Platform.
• Handle the management and troubleshooting of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and implement upgrades.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best possible support to users. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar position
• Proficient in using JIRA for issue tracking and project management
• Strong knowledge and experience of working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in managing and maintaining customer portals
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its services
• Experience or exposure to EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
