Oversee HD team of 6 - Tier I made up of outsourcing team, escalation to Tier II in NYC
Oversee day to day operations – ensure tickets are addressed and monitor response times
Solid hardware troubleshooting background and desktop and server operating systems
Excellent documentation abilities
1,000 total users
Microsoft shop – solid Office suite skills
Soft: People person, strong communicator, process oriented
3-4 years of prior Help Desk managerial experience required
