Robert Half International HR Coordinator in NEW YORK, New York


A technology company in downtown Manhattan is looking to add a dynamic HR Coordinator to their team to support their US HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience previously in HR (ideally in an HR Assistant role), experience processing bi-weekly payroll, familiarity with onboarding and offboarding, have worked with a PEO previously, as well as knowledge of state employment laws.   • At least 3+ years of HR related experience desired

  • Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Experience processing bi-weekly payroll

  • Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding
