Robert Half HR Coordinator in New York, New York

Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Workday as the primary system for handling employee record inquiries and updates.

• Handle the onboarding process for new hires, including benefits enrollment, scheduling meetings, and processing required documentation.

• Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires by leading orientation sessions and drafting/sending employment agreements.

• Support the payroll process by providing semi-monthly reporting to the finance team and handling HR-related invoices.

• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and organize health and wellness initiatives on a semi-monthly basis.

• Oversee recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, tracking recruitment metrics, providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.

• Maintain the performance management calendar, ensuring timely updates and reminders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Human Resources field

• Proficiency in WORKDAY

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time software

• Proven skills in Auditing and conducting Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and excellent Communication skills

• Experience in HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems

• Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficiency in using Human resources software

• Experience with Human Resources Management System
