Our client, a large community-based organization in upper Manhattan is currently seeking an HR Director to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to get involved in virtually every part of onboarding high-quality support staff, help enroll new hires with their benefits plans, in addition to being the first line of defense for employees seeking assistance, you will respond to employee relations concerns from staff and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices. You will help drive personal growth, organizational efficiencies, and accountability within the legal support team and you will help monitor the HR processes to ensure compliance with local and federal rules and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors’ degree in human resources, or business or a field related to the position, 5 -10 + years of prior experience in HR in a professional setting, knowledge of Benefits and HR Administration and some management exposure is required. We are seeking candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships at all levels.
