A Robert Half client is seeking a HR Recruiter to join their growing team! Reporting directly to the VP of HR, and working closely with the Director of HR, the HR Recruiter will play an integral role in running the daily functions of the HR department while achieving operational efficiencies. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for leading the recruitment function of the organization. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will manage the execution of programs and procedures that will drive higher employee engagement as they scale their business. Your role as an HR Recruiter will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You’ll work collaboratively across the organization and closely with the HR leadership team to ensure the strategy is translated into action across the end-to-end employee experience.
