Your responsibilities in this role
Research the internet to locate potential customers
Partake in new employee on-boarding orientation planning
Service employee database records
Perform various administrative duties Requirements - Comprehension of voice communications
Adeptness in Establishing Relationships
General familiarity with Calendar Management
Previous experience working with Interpersonal Communication
Command of logistics
Customer service experience
Good understanding of Effective Communication
Meeting Arrangements experience highly preferred
Meeting coordination and planning experience
Background working with Meeting Arrangements
Practical knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration
Proficiency in Meeting Logistics
Demonstrated knowledge of Client Relations
Earlier work involving communication
Written Communication experience highly valued
Experience with Build Strong Relationships
Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
