Description
We are searching for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in New York, New York. The chosen candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities within the IT industry, focusing on maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management and coordination of IT infrastructure projects
• Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure best practices
• Utilize MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage tasks and communicate with team members
• Lead the resolution of IT-related user issues, either by directing a support team or liaising with a third-party vendor
Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.
• Demonstrable experience with Cloud Technologies is essential.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.
• Experience with Dell Technologies is a must.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
• Active Directory skills are essential.
• Experience in Auditing IT systems and technologies is required.
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies is necessary.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is required.
