Robert Half IT Risk and Compliance Analyst in New York, New York
Description We are seeking an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team located in New York. This role primarily focuses on maintaining our IT budget, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing relationships with vendors. As an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will also use your expertise in Technology Procurement, Vendor Management, Budget Management, Invoice Reconciliation, and Contract Management to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the annual IT budget and budget projections.
• Negotiate contracts, including pricing, with hardware, software, services, and detail oriented services vendors.
• Handle maintenance agreements, subscriptions, and related renewals.
• Foster and maintain relationships with vendors while managing support contracts.
• Utilize your skills in Technology Procurement, Vendor Management, Budget Management, Invoice Reconciliation, and Contract Management processes.
• Leverage your experience in Procurement Management and Vendor Management Inventory to improve systems and procedures.
• Regularly monitor and update customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain precise customer credit records.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in Procurement Management
• Demonstrable experience in Vendor Management Inventory
• Proven skills in Vendor Management
• Knowledge of IT risk and compliance protocols
• Familiarity with IT regulatory and compliance standards
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits
• Strong analytical skills for identifying potential IT risks
• Ability to develop and implement compliance strategies
• Excellent communication skills for reporting risk and compliance findings
• Strong problem-solving skills to address compliance issues
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
