There's currently a long-term contract / temporary opening for a great communicator, highly-skilled Legal Data Specialist in the New York, New York area.

Work schedule – Hybrid- NYC in office 2-3 days per week.
Junior legal counsel or paralegal is responsible for managing various operational and legal risks across the Mizuho Americas group of companies.
Legal data specialist responsible for inputting and reviewing terms in proprietary data systems.
Experience in data input and financial industry documentation and data projects preferred.
2-3 years’ experience in financial industry.
Requirements - Proficiency with multi-line phone systems required
Must be able to collaborate with highly visible client groups
You're comfortable working with various office software and systems for email, word processing, presentations and spreadsheets
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Experience serving as a Legal Receptionist or Corporate Receptionist
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Expertise in Data Input
Data systems experience
Comprehensive knowledge of documentation
Securities Industry experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Unmatched grammar and spelling skills
