Robert Half Financial Services are currently recruiting for a Syndicated Loan Administrator role, at an International Corporate Bank based in midtown Manhattan New York. Our client requires 5+ years’ Loan Administration experience at a Bank, with knowledge of Syndicated Loans / Secondary Trading Market / LSTA. ClearPar or LoanIQ system experience is an advantage. The role is hybrid remote and requires 3 days per week in the midtown office.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains commitment facilities including: monitoring borrowing status, new borrowings, rollovers, rate sets, conversions, repayments, prepayments, and booking and monitoring fee

• Reviews facility input sheet for completeness and accuracy. A specific check is made for the following: Office of Foreign Assets Control check of customer

• Provides contact information, settlement documentation, wrong information to counterparties and agent banks

• Prepares/reviews, executes and tracks all loan trade documentation including confirmations and assignment agreements

• Coordinates and schedules the closing of the actual transfer of the loa

• Verifies pricing calculation prior to settlement of open trades

• Investigates and resolves any Profit & Loss discrepancies as advised by Accounting

• Investigates and adjusts EIR Spikes and frozen EIR appearing on Loan IQ Cognos reports

• Reviews and initials wire transfers prior to disbursements

• Assist with the daily reconciliation of open NOSTRO items relating to the loan portfolio

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ Loan Administration experience at a Bank.

• Must have knowledge of Syndicated Loans / Secondary Trading Market / LSTA.

• ClearPar or LoanIQ system experience is an advantage.

• Bachelor Degree is preferred.

The Loan Administrator role requires 3 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office, so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States. The salary is flexible dependent on experience, the range is $95-120k base plus excellent benefits such as free health cover.
