Robert Half International Office Manager in NEW YORK, New York

Description

We are currently seeking an Office Manager for an Architecture and Design firm in Midtown. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day office operations including but not limited to facilities management, managing office supplies and equipment, light accounting, administrative duties, managing the reception area, maintaining professional image, and special projects.

We are seeking self-motivated and resourceful candidates with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures. The ideal candidate will have at least two years relevant experience in managing a mid-sized professional office. Candidates must have strong computer skills in MS Office and Google Apps. Requirements

  • Need at least 2+ years of job related experience

  • Customer invoices experience required

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
