Your responsibilities
File, copy and faxing for multiple departments
Submit data accurately
Direct calls appropriately
Manage office facility Requirements - Manage tasks independently
Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
A passionate teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of working as an assistant
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
Knowledge of Prescreening
Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
