Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the Healthcare/NHS industry for a Payroll Clerk located in New York. This role involves processing biweekly and weekly payroll, auditing, absence management, and maintaining employee timesheets for over 500 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing biweekly and weekly payroll in an efficient manner

• Auditing payroll records and ensuring accuracy of all data

• Maintaining files and records in an organized manner

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and UKG Pro for various payroll functions

• Handling absence management and ensuring all records are up to date

• Reviewing and verifying employee timesheets for accuracy

• Providing support for payroll processing for a large workforce of over 500 employees Requirements

• Entry level position, no prior experience required

• Proficiency in auditing processes

• Ability to process biweekly and weekly payroll

• Familiarity with absence management protocols

• Experience with handling employee timesheets

• Capability to manage payroll for over 500 employees

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Ability to maintain and organize files effectively
