Robert Half Financial Services are recruiting for a Portfolio and Wealth Advisory Associate role within a Wealth Manager based in midtown Manhattan, New York. Our client requires at least 1 to 3+ years’ of client services or wealth advisory experience at a wealth manager, RIA or private bank. This role requires 3 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office.

Key responsibilities for this Portfolio and Wealth Advisory Associate role include client relationship management, portfolio/wealth strategy and asset allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis and execute projects for client portfolios ranging from investment management to wealth transfer and tax planning

• Generate and edit presentations for existing clients and marketing presentations for prospects

• Prepare reporting for internal meetings relating to clients, prospects, and investment managers

• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems

• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex client requests or issues

• Attend and participate in client meetings, offering thoughtful suggestions and solutions

Requirements

Requirements:

•1 to 3+ years of client services or wealth advisory experience at a wealth manager, RIA or private bank

•Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 FINRA licenses

•Experience working with private, high net-worth clients and/or institutional clients

•Excellent communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field with strong GPA score

This Portfolio and Wealth Advisory Associate role is located in midtown Manhattan New York so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States.
