As the ERP Integration Manager, you will have primary responsibility for managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization. Unite with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system
Schedule and guide the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day issues, project management, and risk management
Behave as the point of escalation for any issues related to the researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to the system or processes, ERP systems, and requests across the enterprise
Govern with various organization employees to comprehensibly train on processes and procedures of ERP
Responsible for implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization
Authoritative of the progression and upgrading of ERP technical instructions and user documentation
Get heads together with leading employees to establish and enforce functionality that provides operational improvements
Systematic status reporting to senior leadership
Team up with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems Requirements - Demonstrated success acting in a project management capacity
7+ years of ERP implementation experience
- You'll be required to demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
The most important duty of this position is serving as key ERP configuration resource and ensuring successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects under their belts
A successful candidate for this position has strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP
You'll be a top candidate if you lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions
This job's main duty is to thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes
