Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the media industry, based in New York. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves dealing with multiple stakeholders within the company. The successful candidate will be involved in building applications and using a variety of tools, most of which are internal to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of various projects within the media industry

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from different areas of the company to ensure project success

• Utilize various internal tools for project management and execution

• Understand and manage the complexities of building applications, without necessarily being overly technical

• Use skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, Budget Processes, Deliverable, and Design to perform duties effectively

• Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables

• Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and report updates to relevant stakeholders

• Maintain a comprehensive project schedule and perform continual reviews to make sure the project remains within scope

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on the company's strategic objectives

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices in the company, leading to enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements • Proven experience in a Project Manager or Senior Consultant role within the media industry

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management tasks

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in media projects

• Experience with CRM systems for client and stakeholder management

• Familiarity with database management and EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in using About Time software for time tracking and project scheduling

• Experience in AB Testing for optimizing project outcomes

• Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial planning for projects

• Proven ability to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
