Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing/Communications Manager in the bustling city of New York. This role centers around the property management industry and requires skills in accounting software systems, AppFolio, and property management software. As a Marketing/Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing rental properties and residential properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient marketing operation.


• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for rental and residential properties

• Leverage Accounting Software Systems to track and analyze marketing performance

• Utilize AppFolio for efficient property management and operations

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape

• Manage communications across all channels to ensure consistent messaging

• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals

• Utilize Property Management Software to optimize property management processes

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers

• Monitor industry news and updates to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments. Requirements • Proven experience in a Marketing/Communications Manager role or similar.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems.

• Familiarity with AppFolio and its applications in property management.

• Significant experience in property management, including the management of rental properties and residential properties.

• Proficient in using Property Management Software.

• Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrable track record of success in previous roles.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
