Robert Half is seeking an Operational Risk professional.

• The Operational Risk group is currently revamping some of their Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes as well as making a push to increase the amount of progress they are making with 20+ business units on the RCSA processes.
• The primary focus is on high caliber candidates that have an understanding of how to be tactful when engaging the business on the review and challenge process related to RCSA’s.
• Ideally these individuals will understand how to identify risks, identify controls, walk through a process, provide quality documentation around this.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Can communicate succinctly and concisely.
• Mandarin a plus, not required.
• FRM, CPA, CIA, CRM, CFA all a plus, not required.
• Open to meeting candidates who are high caliber even if they did not have much experience in operational risk or RCSA.
