Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in New York. This role involves working in the sales industry, with a focus on customer interaction and data management. You will be expected to efficiently handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and perform cold outreach. The workplace offers a hybrid model with both in-office and remote work options.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling via phone and email to prospective clients.

• Effectively communicate with clients, ensuring that information is accurately conveyed.

• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce and other CRM systems.

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.

• Attend weekly team meetings to discuss strategies and progress.

• Use MS Suite, Outlook, and Zoom for daily tasks and communication.

• Handle a high volume of tasks, demonstrating a strong ability to multitask.

• Utilize your strong sales skills to drive sales and meet targets.

• Engage in B2B marketing and Salesforce marketing to enhance sales efforts. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Concur

• Proficiency in CRM

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports

• Capability in Data Processing

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls

• Knowledge of Buying Processes

• Experience in Cash Activity and Cash Handling

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing

• Experience in B2B Marketing

• Ability to perform Cold Calling

• Experience with Heavily-Outbound work environments
