Robert Half Senior Accountant in NEW YORK, New York
A leading NYC-headquartered digital media firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company who owns many of the leading brands on the digital landscape.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
Generating monthly financial statements and reports
Assisting with management of stock option and restricted stock unit plans
Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations
Recording journal entries
Reviewing the general ledger and handling the month-end close process
Assisting with reconciling shareholder equity accounts
Handling various related and ad hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 years of experience in public or private accounting. Must have previous exposure to Equity Accounting. Proficiency in MS Office, including pivots and V-lookups, is required. This position will be filled by a strong communicator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
