Description
NYC based Healthcare organization is looking to hire a Staff Accountant to their team. Great opportunity for an accountant to get involved in analysis work!
Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office.
Tasks
• We'll rely on you to prepare journal entries for all monthly clinical trial activities.
• You will analyze Clinical Research contracts and be responsible for billing related to those contracts through our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• You will review and reconcile research related patient care activity in EPIC.
• Your scope of responsibilities will also include analyzing all clinical trial accounts, tracking and monitoring Clinical Trial receivables, processing Personnel Change Forms to allocate staff on clinical trial accounts, updating monthly deficit list and processing cash receipts.
• You will prepare account analysis and work on special projects as needed. You will
• assist with the Uniform Grant Guidance annual audit.

Requirements
• Accounting/Finance degree
• 2+ years accounting experience
• Strong Excel experience
• Workday experience a plus
• Healthcare industry experience a plus
