You will mainly be required to perform a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, provide clerical support to the HR department, and recruit on a full-cycle basis in support of a diverse group of positions. How you will make an impact

  • Supporting new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Administering interviews

  • Making use of digital recruiting resources

  • Implementing various administrative duties

  • Constructing internal recommendations

  • Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms Requirements - 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

  • Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience

  • Paycom experience required

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Applicant Track System

    • This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
