Description
Our client is currently seeking an Associate Director focusing on Transaction Services to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead clients through key activities related to mergers and acquisitions, manage risks, and solve complex business problems using innovative strategies. You will be instrumental in developing new projects, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves mentoring teams and overseeing project work plans to ensure successful completion. If you have exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level executives, a passion for project management, team leadership and promoting a positive team culture, this could be the role for you. Your talents should include defining corporate strategies through M& A, supporting tactical execution within the Transaction Services team, and integrating various methodologies and reporting packages. Experience managing service excellence, business development, and leading teams are essential.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred
9+ years experience in Consulting, FP& A, Financial Reporting, or Assurance Services
Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
Experience with M& A, transaction lifecycle and execution
Excellent communication skills
