Requirements: TCG is looking for a Lead UX/UI or Product Designer with 8+ years experience who can organize complex ideas into simple user centric solutions; Has complex user flows and IA in their portfolio; Has worked in product design, not advertising/marketing UX; Background in start-ups and in-house a plus; Worked in sketch, invision, zeppelin, keynote; Great storyteller, capable of putting together presentations for executives. Your responsibilities: ? Help gather user requirements ? Sketching and wireframing ? Creation of user and task flows ? Visual design ? Prototyping at low and high fidelity ? Perform user research and user tests ? Build and maintain design systems/component library ? Design A/B tests based on quantitative and qualitative data ? Apply company marketing initiatives and strategic positioning ? Attend industry events to keep the team updated on new developments in UX ? Meet deadlines and work well within a team environment ?
