Stay well-informed of current and future trends in jewelry, watches, footwear and tech wearables

  • full-time, train and development the creative team responsible for all assets/collateral

  • Create and produce high quality collateral material to represent brands (catalogs, signs, websites, POS materials, etc.)

  • Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements.

  • Create and review custom illustrations or other graphic elements to determine if they conform to standards and specifications

  • Coordinate with management on development of advertising, public relations, social media and all marketing communications

  • Manage showroom design, presentation and maintenance

  • Maintain project list for executive management

  • Provide weekly recap of progress related to project list

  • Travel with salespeople to client presentations as needed

  • Additional tasks & responsibilities as the company requires


Excellent digital skills and solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods

  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspect and proven successes in digital marketing

  • Proven ability to drive change and results through influential leadership skills

  • Demonstrated strong facilitation skills and ability to identify common ground amongst individuals with divergent opinions and perspectives

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated positive attitude, sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into actionable items

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop people

  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships

  • Ability to design and build compelling presentations

  • Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, design, product and service management

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
