Our client, a rapidly growing and highly innovative real estate company is seeking an experienced professional to serve as VP of Finance. This crucial role will oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management such as month-end close, audit preparation, financial statement review and reporting as well as budgeting, forecasting, and planning for the organization. As a leader, the VP of Finance will oversee a newly acquired US based team, the relocation of financial functions, and the implementation of controls to ensure financial accuracy. In partnership with the CEO and CFO, this person will work diligently to comply with all local and federal tax and reporting requirements as well as provide critical updates to external investors and other stakeholders. Finally, the VP of Finance must demonstrate a successful track record in mentoring high-performing teams and working across departments to ensure financial excellence while supporting strategic business initiatives. Requirements

-BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field

-Minimum 10 years of experience

-CPA required

-Property management/hospitality industry experience preferred
