Description We are seeking a Web Content Specialist to join our team in the Information Technology industry, located in New York, New York. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Web Content Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for web production, website channel strategy, and working with internal creative teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead web production and project management for the design, build, and roll-out of new corporate websites in multiple languages.

• Guide and shape CMS author training of new website design system, supporting team with the training and rollout plan across internal design teams, globally.

• Occasionally support the Digital Experiences team with smaller web landing page creative brief development and/or page build execution process for integrated marketing campaign landing pages or editorial content.

• Fill in for day-to-day team functions during high volume periods or when a team member is unavailable.

• Uphold and advocate for consistency across our websites in terms of content, visual styles, and overall user experience.

• Utilize CMS software for various project phases, conduct UAT, triage issues, and contribute to system documentation.

• Leverage your knowledge of HTML, SEO strategy, and basic image editing and optimization techniques and tools.

• Regularly use key website analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, integrating data into website projects for improved outcomes.

• Participate in integrated digital campaign launches that include web, email, and paid channels. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Web Content Specialist or in a similar role within the Information Technology industry

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop

• Familiarity with Best Practices in web content management

• Experience with Blogging and campaign planning

• Ability to increase Brand Awareness through effective content strategy

• Knowledge of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)

• Experience with CraftCMS (Content Management System)

• A strong understanding of web content strategies and their implementation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Innovation starts with people.®
