Our client, a prestigious mid-sized law firm, is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney/ General Liability Attorney licensed in NJ with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general litigation and a proven track record of handling cases from inception to resolution. Experience with motion practice, conducting and defending depositions is essential. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills. Requirements
NJ Licensed attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience
Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Personal Injury Litigation experience
Deep understanding of management litigation
Civil litigation experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Licensed Attorney
Knowledge of Civil Litigation
Excellent academic credentials and references
